Vertical vacuum-insulated tank for 30 m³ of liquid CO₂ with working pressure up to 22 bar and minimal boil-off losses.
CT-30 is a stationary vertical tank for storing liquefied carbon dioxide at industrial sites. The vacuum-perlite insulation keeps daily boil-off below 0.25%, which makes long-term storage economically viable even at low turnover.
Construction
The inner vessel is made of low-temperature steel and certified to PED EC 97/23. The outer shell carries the vacuum jacket, level and pressure instrumentation, and a safety valve group with a redundant line.
Key features
- Vacuum-perlite insulation, boil-off below 0.25% per day
- Certified to PED EC 97/23 and DSTU

Frequently asked questions
What foundation does the tank require?
A reinforced concrete slab sized for the filled weight of roughly 44 tonnes. We supply the load diagram with the project documentation.
How long does commissioning take?
Typically 3–5 working days after the foundation and utilities are ready, including leak testing and instrument calibration.
