Vaporizer for gasifying liquid carbon dioxide with a capacity of 500 kg/h, with outlet temperature control and a pressure-reducing unit. Supplied, installed and integrated into the CO₂ supply system.
The 500 kg/h vaporizer is the workhorse for medium and large beverage plants, food processors and greenhouse complexes with 30–50 m³ storage.
A CO₂ vaporizer converts liquid carbon dioxide from a storage tank into gas at the pressure and temperature the process needs. Unlike air gases, CO₂ is stored at around −20 °C and would freeze into dry ice if depressurised without heat, so CO₂ vaporizers are usually electric or water/steam-heated with temperature control at the outlet.
