Supply of vaporizers for gasifying liquid carbon dioxide (CO₂) with capacities of 100, 200, 300, 500, 800 and 1000 kg/h. Solutions for greenhouses, beverage production and bottling, food and industrial plants. Selection, supply, installation and integration into the CO₂ supply system.
A CO₂ vaporizer converts liquid carbon dioxide from a storage tank into gas at the pressure and temperature the process needs. Unlike air gases, CO₂ is stored at around −20 °C and would freeze into dry ice if depressurised without heat, so CO₂ vaporizers are usually electric or water/steam-heated with temperature control at the outlet.
Typical customers are greenhouse complexes that enrich the air with CO₂, beverage plants and bottling lines, food processors using CO₂ for packaging and chilling, and industrial sites with CO₂ in water treatment or welding. We size the vaporizer for peak consumption and integrate it into the CO₂ supply system together with the tank, pressure-reducing unit and piping.
Available capacities
100, 200, 300, 500, 800 and 1000 kg/h. Units of 100–300 kg/h cover greenhouses up to several hectares and small bottling lines; 500–1000 kg/h serve large beverage plants, CO₂ distributors and industrial consumers.
