Ambient air vaporizer for gasifying liquid oxygen (LOX, O₂) with a capacity of 50 to 2000 kg/h, selected for the working pressure and operating conditions of your site. Supplied oxygen-clean.
An ambient air vaporizer (gasifier) converts liquefied gas from a cryogenic tank into gas at the required pressure using only the heat of the surrounding air — no electricity or steam. Finned aluminium heat-exchange tubes absorb heat from the atmosphere, and the gas leaves at close to ambient temperature.
Oxygen systems require oxygen-clean components and dedicated safety valves. Every tank we supply for LOX is delivered degreased for oxygen service, with valves and vaporizers rated for oxygen use.
We select the vaporizer by gas type, required capacity (50–2000 kg/h), working pressure and operating conditions: continuous or peak consumption, winter temperatures, humidity and icing. For round-the-clock operation we design a duty/standby pair with automatic switch-over so the unit can defrost.
