The 1000 kg/h vaporizer serves large industrial consumers, CO₂ distributors and multi-line plants, typically paired with 80–100 m³ storage tanks.
A CO₂ vaporizer converts liquid carbon dioxide from a storage tank into gas at the pressure and temperature the process needs. Unlike air gases, CO₂ is stored at around −20 °C and would freeze into dry ice if depressurised without heat, so CO₂ vaporizers are usually electric or water/steam-heated with temperature control at the outlet.
