Vertical vacuum-insulated tank for liquid CO₂ (carbon dioxide): 3.28 m³, 3,427 kg of LCO₂, working pressure 18, 22 or 37 bar. Supplied with piping; price from €17,000 excl. VAT.
The smallest model in the range: a vertical vacuum-insulated tank for stationary storage of liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂), holding 3.4 t.
Tanks of 3–6 t suit consumers that use up to a few tonnes a month: small bottling lines, breweries, greenhouses and workshops moving from cylinders to liquid CO₂.
What comes with the tank
- Vessel with piping: shut-off and safety valves
- Pressure and level instruments
- Document package and certificates from the European manufacturer
On site you run a line to your equipment or tie the tank into an existing one — weld on the flanges and connect. The vaporizer, pressure-regulating unit, delivery and installation are quoted separately or as a turnkey package.
Foundation and registration
The foundation is designed for the full weight — about 6.0 t for the ZVT 3. We provide the basic data for its design.
The tank arrives with a full document package and all certificates from the European manufacturer. A specialised company issues the pressure vessel passport, and the set is then submitted to the State Labour Service.
Price
From €17,000 excl. VAT. The price depends on the working pressure, the valves and instrumentation, the level and pressure control system and the delivery terms. Delivery, installation, the vaporizer, the pressure-regulating unit and process piping to the consumer are quoted separately.
